After the rain, the light emerged and spread slowly across the landscape. I took several shots as the conditions were changing so quickly in front of me. I like the areas of shadow and highlight in this frame, particularly the lit fir tree.
About Sarah Howard
I'm a landscape photographer based in the Cotswolds, UK. My interest in photography was initiated by my father and developed further through my travels overseas. Inspired, and subsequently mentored, by the renowned UK landscape photographer Charlie Waite, I was encouraged to take my photography further and as such, I found my path in life.
